2018 Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel, you have until June 1, 2019 to receive a refund minus $200. $400 Deposits are non-refundable until paid in full. Deposits must be paid in full by March 1, 2019 (reminder emails and links will be sent beginning January 1). If you need to cancel after June 1, a refund will be available minus $200 if it is filled with an individual on the waitlist - but not guaranteed to be filled. After August 1, changes cannot be made to registration and cancellations are non-refundable and/or transferrable. See confirmation email for further details, including an option to sign up for Travel Insurance should you want to protect your investment.

Waiting List/Transfer Policy
If you cannot make it to the event, you can transfer your registration to another rider; contact Jennifer to arrange this. After August 1, changes cannot be made to registration and cancellations are non-refundable and/or transferrable.
