2017 Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel, you have 90 days from your registration date to receive a refund minus a $200.00 processing fee. Refunds are applicable through June 1, 2017 only. See confirmation email for further details, including an option to sign up for Travel Insurance should you want to protect your investment.
We know things can happen between registration and the event that might require you to cancel – so we recommend Travel Insurance. Travel Insurance covers many common reasons for unanticipated interruptions of your travel plans. You can cover everything - like your entry fee, flights and hotels. While there are several products available, we recommend Berkshire Hathaway.
Waiting List/Transfer Policy
In the event Cycle Greater Yellowstone reaches capacity, we will establish a Wait List, ranked chronologically by the date and time each person signed up for the Wait List. If we have enough cancellations to open up spots on the ride, we will go down the Wait List in order, offering a spot to each person on the list until we fill our capacity.
If you cannot make it to the event, you can transfer your registration to another rider; contact Jennifer to arrange this. After August 1, changes cannot be made to registration and cancellations are non-refundable and/or transferrable,
